Refund policy
At Rose the Label, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not completed satisfied with your purchase, we want to make your return process as smooth as possible.
Returns & Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to offer a refund within 7 days only for full priced items, or an Exchange/Store Credit within 14 days of your delivery date. Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- With all original swing tags still attached.
- In their original packaging (where applicable).
⚠️ Hygiene Exclusions
For health and hygiene reasons, items designed to come into direct, intimate contact with the skin cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, unless the item is faulty. This includes undergarments, bodysuits, and any personal care or pierced accessory items.
Faulty Items
We hold our pieces to a very high standard. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or fault, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
- How to Notify Us: Please notify us as soon as you notice the issue with your order number and clear photos of the fault.
- Our Process: We aim to respond within one to three business days. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed upon assessment, you can choose between a repair, replacement, or full refund.
Wear & Tear vs. Faults
We stand by the quality of our collection, but please note that our returns policy does not cover:
- General wear and tear from normal, everyday use.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental mishandling, or incorrect washing.
- Issues resulting from alterations or repairs not authorised by us.
- Natural variations in certain fabrics or materials, which are unique characteristics of the textiles rather than flaws.
To keep your Rose the Label pieces looking beautiful for longer, we highly recommend strictly following the care instructions on the inner label.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
