Cancellation policy

Returns & Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to offer a refund within 7 days, or an Exchange/Store Credit within 28 days of your delivery date. Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• With all original swing tags still attached.
• In their original packaging (where applicable).

⚠️ Hygiene Exclusions

For health and hygiene reasons, items designed to come into direct, intimate contact with the skin cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, unless the item is faulty. This includes undergarments, bodysuits, and any personal care or pierced accessory items.
